Ginger Wakem is a fourth generation Floridian whose work has been exhibited in galleries, shops, offices, and her nature shots were used by a muralist to decorate the walls of local businesses. Many of her photographs were shot from a boat in the back waters of south Florida's inlets, mangroves and the Gulf of Mexico and have won photography contests as well as sold to multiple buyers. Her photographs of Blues guitarists taken at the Tampa Bay Blues Festival are very popular and have sold multiple times.
